Just assessing our newly installed 700w solar yield, and for the last few sunny days they have yielded 170 ah, so 0.24amp per watt rating of solar. How does this compare to other UK funsters?

how many days, and where abouts are you G1969

Very difficult to calculate harvest in Ah, that's a unit of capacity measurement for a battery, not energy yield. Because 1A at 12v is not the same as 1A at 14v.
Best to measure the solar harvest in Wh or KWh, then we can compare meaningful figures.

Oh, OK thanks,

Thats for two days with 700Wp solar? Not bad at all, average 2.7KWh per day, about 3.85 times of power installed.
In the peak of the summer, you can expect as much as 3.5kwh per day out of 700Wp solar panels.
Unfortunately my van has been idle for the past 10-12 days not much to compare.
