Sim Cards In Eu

Is it best to buy a SIM card in FRANCE and get unlimited data and get limited amount in UK and use only in FRANCE and how does it work doing it this way? If any which SIM cards would anyone recommend please. Have superdrug at moment and only get 12GB in EU and nowhere near enough data. Hope this makes sense? Thank you.

If you get unlimited in France it will be unlimitedi n france. Once you cross into say Spain then there will be a roaming limit set by the supplier say 12 or 25Gb you need to check the t&c.
