Hi Guys which one do I buy to reseal the top of a window frame, its the long window behind the offside drivers door

Use butyl mastic. In my experience the only permanent cure is to remove the window and re-seal. I find strip mastic good for the job. Others favour using it from a gun. Commonly used Sika products are adhesives that make subsequent removal almost impossible.

Thanks Tony

Sikaflex 295UV would be my go-to tube for sealing windows and hatches to polyester GRP and aluminium.

However, I would grab some Butyl Mastic strip when the sealing area of the window or hatch is visible through the glass.

Mind you, if it is just a weep then I would always first try 'Captain Tolleys creaping crack cure'. Yes it is a real thing!!!! HERE

Usoing Sikaflex means you can shake the van by what ever you've stuck down and the Sikaflex will rip away . Very powerful stuff - had to remove a hatch on the yacht with a chisel, took me almost an hour

I also have used Captain Tolleys " creep into your crack" leak stop .
Excellent stuff.
Mitch.
