Due to ill health the HM has got to go. We've done 400 miles in the past three years so its an expensive driveway ornament.
But the question is, how do I sell it?
Ive had these price variations
1. £28k from national MH buyer
2. £32K px price against a £50K MH
3. £39K minus commission
4. £42K minus commission

I don't want to sell it myself as I can't cope with jokers and wasters and crooks.

I have previously sold and bought through motorhome depot. Flat 3000k commission on a 65k van onthe saleI thought this was well worth it as I value my time and can’t be doing with tyrekickers and time wasters.

If you go with an agent to sell on your behalf, always insist on a written agreement that both parties sign. Make sure it specifies the vehicle remains your sole property until the agreed amount is paid if full and final settlement

Hi
what Moho do you have ?
I am looking to change ours.
thanks
Its an Eldiss Majestic 175 with 17K
I think it must be a bad layout as very little interest. It's big for a 2 berth being 7.2 Mtrs, that might put some people off.
Just don't know.
Maybe I should have purchased a German vehicle as they seem much better quality, but 20-50K more!

Our first and last German van bought new in 2019 still fixing things no help from dealer or manufacturer on numerous faults both in and out of warranty.
