Seat Belts over table in my new Burstner Lyseo TD Harmony 745

Hi

i have just brought this Motorhome new. For the very first time we had someone sitting at the table needing a seat belt. The seatbelt was so tight it was almost unwearable, as it was so tight.

has anybody else found this and what is the solution?

The belts in our TD 700 are fine , pop the head restraints up and slide the seat back out to check that the belts are free

Hi I did realise after some time that you needed to put both head restraints up then the back of the seat comes forward. Pulled the belt out to ro what I believe was its maximum and it wasn’t incredibly tight for an adult. Didn’t try the other seat belt so I have a bit to do still to check this out.

James - Thanks for this, this is a good fix if I cannot resolve the issue and one I will adopt. Just can’t believe this is a problem that is specific to my Burstner Lyseo.

Thanks. Have checked to make sure the belt was not trapped. I don’t think it was, but need to check again and check the other belt to make sure that does not have an issue

it is surprising how different seatbelts are when shopping for a car seat to fit a number of a cars (a few years ago now no iso fixes) gave up a bought one for each car as to get a safe fit for each with one seat was impossible
