Fishing Sea fishing Scotland east coast.

Hi we are planning a 4 week tour of Scotland east coast in September. Starting at the boarder a working our way along the coast not sure how far we will get.
No set plans just going with the flow.
Hope to do some sea fishing along the way if anyone has any advice on fishing marks
Would be grateful.
