My vehicle is currently in Retford at RS for habitation check. They moved the vehicles today and I got a call from Scorpion as the tag was not where it should be.

I won't be able to collect until the end of March for fear of being fined for a non essential journey. The guy at Scorpion said no problem, they would geofence the RS compound and I would only be alerted by phone if it moved away from there. That's great - I won't be getting a call every time they start the engine.

My Metatrak tracker has an command called "set garage mode" which will ensure the alarm is not activated if the vehicle battery is disconnected or the vehicle is moved a short distance.

The suppliers told me they could watch one of their own vehicles which had gone in for a service not being touched for 3 days despite the garage saying they were working on it.
