Is the skylight broken…? If not it’s probably the sealant that’s failed, try to get up top see what’s it’s like, clean off and seal with non-sitting mastic or sealant. Don’t use silicone..

thanks smiffy.multipull cracks in plastic glazing
but it looks like it needs replacing ,tossed up with astick on clear film
£1200 +fitting im shopping around

Hello, our habitation door cracked from road debris. Spoke to our insurers and we are covered for all glass and plastic. Not sure what damaged yours but it might be worthwhile speaking with your insurers. For us it does not affect no claims its just the same as a glass claim with £100 excess to pay.
