Rollerteam 707
Hi guys and girls i recently bought a Rollerteam 707 and had to change the vehicle battery as it was completely dead. When i go to the panel i see the leisure battery voltages but nothing is displayed for B1 the vehicle battery. I have checked the fuses at the battery charger, i have checked the fuses at the distribution unit but i cant see any issues.

have you checked the fuse by or on the battery?

I should say that the vehicle battery runs fine it just does not seem to show up on the panel, below the drivers seat i see these two lose cables which i have no idea what they are for.

The fuses on top of the battery itself dont look like any of them have blown from the top, it was a mechanic who changed the battery. Would it be pretty visible without removing if the fuse had blown?

Hi thanks, i have tried that, if i turn it the power goes in the LED panel.

Which make/model of PSU and Control panel do you have ? It could also be worth removing and checking the 25amp yellow fuse in your other photo.

I had a fiat swift select184 where it had a similar issue and it was the sargent unit that was faulty it was not charging the vehicle battery and now i think im looking at something similar :-(.

You could try Checking the connections on the rear of the NE196 (J1 should be the starter battery input supply) as this supplies the information, via a data cable, to the NE274 control. If this does not work It may be worth talking to www.apuljackelectronics.co.uk as they repair these units and may be able to help with what else you can check.

Hey i would like to say thank you to all the people that contributed to this post, its not over yet but i swapped out both the 50amp fuses on the cab battery, they showed no sign of damage at all and boom its working now.

However there is always a however the 12v socket was working fine and now its not and i cant for the life of me see where the fuse is for that, the distribution box does not mention it. The 12v on the dashboard works so i dont think its on the vehicle fuses but could it be?

Have you checked around the leisure battery area in case the 12v socket has its own separate fuse there or it could be a faulty fuse No 12 (AUX) in the habitation fuse board.
