Rear door tent

Hey forum,

I would like to be able to convert the space created by opening the rear doors into a shower area. Is there some kind of tent that can be purchased to allow such a thing to be done?

Also, what is the name of the big extending roof that you can pull out over the sliding door? Need to get me one of those too
