Found a leak in a the bathroom coming through the Remis roof light this weekend so taking inspiration from Northernraider ’its only an hours job’ 
I’ve got it off and all cleaned up.
Took me about three hours to clean it all up including removing a rounded screw head on the internal clamp as it came from the factory
Planning on using the Puraflex replacement Soudaflex instead of the non setting stuff as recommended here.
Question is, do I stick it on then run a bead around it and smooth out? Or should I use the non setting stuff?
