Portugal, March April, dog friendly rally (1 Viewer)

We would like to try going South to Portugal late Feb till mid April.

We are looking for somewhere close to dog friendly beach, a rally if possible or at least a social group.

Hopefully levelish cycling area, and with some transport links. Village or town nearby.

Don't want much do we!

Any help appreciated.

Remember at that time of year Procession caterpillars lethal to dogs if touched they like fir trees/pine trees and very common,there is lots of places away from fir trees enjoy
