Pet passport or AHC

Can anyone tell me if its right that when you are travelling from N Ireland to France via Dublin all you need is a pet passport and not an AHC?

Provided your pet has an Irish (eu)pet passport

If the passport is a UK passport previously issued by a vet in N.I all you have to do is bring the passport to an approved vet who will make an authorised change and you are good to go. (Assuming injections etc are up to date)
The change consists of putting a new sticker on the front cover and writing some statement (of which I can’t exactly remember) but basically says that it has been altered as agreed under the terms of the N.I. Protocol.

That looks like it has already been modified.
Does it have the statement inside signed, dated and stamped. (Page 31)

Yes it looks exactly like this so I'm good to go with the pet passport and I don't need the AHC. Thank you all for your help.
