Peeling paint

Hi my cooker glass lid has the paint peeling on the pained parts
It was new in 2019 I bought it brand new
Any ideas how to fix it and prevent it happening again ?

Have you been putting the lid down before the hob rings have gone cold causing the damage?

No I haven’t put the lid down whilst still hot
I will contact dealer to see if covered by warranty

Why has your glass cooker lid got paint on it?

What is that about?

My cooker lid is smoked glass, I cannot see why anyone would have a painted one. It just doesn't make any sense to me.
