Paying road/ferry tolls in Norway

Hello,

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced trying to pay tolls using Fremtind autopass. We've signed up for the tag and are now using it on our trip. The first invoice has come through but we're experiencing problems trying to pay it. We've used revolut successfully for all other transactions but for paying tolls through Fremtind. We can see the money leaving Revolut but it gets tuned away once it hits the bank used by Fremtind. Their customer service is non existent so were unsure how the issue can be rectified.

Has anyone been through this drama before who could point us in the right direction? Paying by visa/MasterCard over phone is not an option.

Can you not change the payment card to a debit card ?

Thanks for getting back.

The Revolut card is a prepaid debit card (we have both visa and MasterCard) with NOC on it.

We're trying to find out from Revolut if they can explain the problem.

Can I ask how you ended up paying as I’ve just got Tag from Fremtind ready for trip in May. Also trying to pay online for Ferry pass (Autopassferje) but don’t have an IBAN number in invoice . Any help would be appreciated

We ended up having to pay through UK bank account specifying the IBAN number. Think there was a small charge to do this - a fiver maybe

Did Fremtind supply you with the IBAN number ?

The IBAN on my invoice from autopassferje.no is NO 5436336320997 - Account 36336320997

I have used flyt for the Road Tolls'.

Thank you. That is the same account no I have received but wasn’t sure of the IBAN . Just done a search on internet & found an IBAN finder - the result matches your information many thanks

Take care with the tunnel bridge over Eidfjorden.
There are two roundabouts.
If you want to go to the good campsite in Eidfjord it is (counterintuitive) the second exit going North East.
Take the first and you go over the huge bridge.
Next roundabout and return.

Not a problem except the €120 toll for around 3 minutes

Update:
I received my Tag from Fremtind and created a further agreement with AutoPassferje.no

After sending a message to autoPASSferje.no through their contact form I received the following response regarding the IBAN & how to pay online from a UK bank.

Their reply:-

Our customer center has now processed your inquiry with case number 30xxx
Feedback:
Please use IBAN and BIC number to pay. And we use the KID number as reference.
KID: (Enter Your Personal Number supplied by AutoPass for ferje when you took out agreement - it should be on your invoice)

Amount: NOK 3,000.00 (or whatever fee is listed on your invoice)

Due date: (varies)

IBAN: NO5436336320997

BIC: SPAVNOBB
