So in the mean time I carried on with the new 12 string for my wife.
She didn't like her last 12 string as the nut was too small for her. It was a standard 43mm nut but the new one is an acoustically sized 48mm. This meant the neck route had to be altered but it's all in a days work.
So tuner holes need to be drilled and the frets need to be put in but the neck is almost ready to be glued into the body.
