OK, yet another question re the d2 licence form

How are you expected to attach the photograph .. There are no instructions and I am not even sure if it ( the photo ) should be face up or down as it says 'back of photo' and no indication if the back of photo should be down or up !

I've just got mine back after reinstating my grandfather rights caterories I lost when I turned 70. No photo sent. It does say you don't need to send a new photo. Very easy to do.

It say to send one if you have a paper licence
