I have had a large number of requests to allow the off topic posts back on the front page.
The U shaped lounge is where all topics not relating to motorhomes are discussed. I do consider that being able to discuss off topic items is good for the forum, I enjoy it myself. However when these off topic threads get heated, or it appears that there are more off topic threads than there are motorhome, then this detracts from the forum. I will allow them back on the front page but will remove them if the balance of those posts or their content detracts from what is, after all, a motorhome enthusiasts website, a place to have fun rather than put the world to rights.
