Is the freezer door a good fit all round.
we had the same with a caravan turned out the door was not tight all around the freezer compartment frame .

Might be a uneven distribution of the thermal Silicone Grease

I've take both of the fin sheets off and applied this and they work so much better

30g High Conductive GD900 Thermal Silicone Grease Paste

This are threads on here about what I've done

The Thermistor sensor that is clipped to the cooling fins should be on the 5 th cooling fin from the right ,I think yours may not be. The position of this sensor is important for correct cooling and may be the cause of this problem.

I was thinking the same, for the few minutes it takes to get the fins off its worth a look.
