I'm thinking about buying a Samsung NC10 Netbook but it doesn't have an integral CD/DVD drive. Can someone please suggest how I might best load software which I already have installed on my desktop PC and hold separately on CD/DVD? Would this best be achieved by using a USB DVD drive or by copying to a USB Flash Drive and then installing from there? I'm looking for the easiest and most cost effective solution.

Thanks

Brian

It's 640 pixels deep - bit of a pain in the bum for web browsing.

Link Removed might do if the NC10 can power it.

For the same money you can have a 15" screen laptop with built in DVD offering a lot more flexibility.

Which 15" screen laptop did you have in mind? Any suggestions? Brian

Here are a few suggestions:

Buy Cheap & Discounted Toshiba Satellite Tecra Widescreen Notebooks from Morgan Computers

It's never been a better time to buy laptops. My £1000 laptop died a while ago and I've one as good from Morgan at £275 plus VAT.

I think "rework" sometimes covers excess stock, the one I have works a treat.
