Name That Form

We were having a chat and cannot remember the name of the form that had to be stamped when taking an unaccompanied vehicle in and out of the EU prior to joining e.g motorbike on back or car on trailer. Anybody got a better memory than us?

If it is like an aicraft it is 29A

TY but not 29A. I'm starting to think T2. I think there might have been a T4 for commercial samples and similar. I'm probably imagining things!
