Motorhome floor

please can someone give me some advise.we own an A class motorhome which is 4 year old and at its annual habitation check noticed that the floor around the kitchen and dining area the floor was spongy no signs of water or leaks damp meter readings are fine same as last year Dealer contacted Manufacturer who have said to do the repair (on a good will gesture the vehicle has a 5 year warranty) the dealer is now saying he is not going to carry out the repair in his opinion it should go back to the factory,the manufacturer is saying I have to go through the dealer. The manufacturer is French and the Dealer is Spanish any advise will be appreciated

What's the legal postion, is it the same as the UK where your contract is with the dealer?
Either way a factory repair would be preferable.
