We're looking at the Duvalay toppers - they have patterns for lots of the van beds (ours is a similar shape but in an Autocruise) but hoping to see one somewhere first before ordering.

We bought a standard shaped topper for our island bed and cut the bottom corners to shape and simply folded and tacked the cover over the cut corners. Simple pimple.
You probably need more than 1 inch or you just sink down to the harder mattress below. 3" is recommended minimum but we used 2" and it was OK.
