MH
It’s gone!!😢
Exp
4 years….
Tried out my Mango Toll in France today, pulled up at the first toll gate and it said not valid😳 pressed the intercom button and said Camping Car and lady said ok it went to class 2 and off we went😁
Barrier went straight up on the second toll station but again had to say class 2 on the 3rd one.

Haply with that, although the Knob in the lorry behind wasn’t when he was waiting for me to go through 😂😂😂 don’t know if he thought his horn was going to make the barrier go up🤔🤔

Have been using ours for last couple of weeks, Class 2, has worked perfectly so far. The App is good too as it gives a clear quick view of journeys and costs. It takes a couple of days to update and load journeys on but so far so good.

Mine is at 6 weeks and counting and it’s not listing any of our Italian Autostrada travel as yet!

Have you had to stop and ask for class 2??

Never at all, but our MH is just under 7mtrs long and 3mtrs high, sailed through every time .

So, forgive me for asking, why is it better than SanF..?

Cheers

What height is the MH? Many toll booths have sensors, picking up the height as well as the number of axles, hence us never getting Class 2 in the Hymer or the Flair, unless we use the squawk box. :(

Cheers,

Jock. :)

3.5, I know last year I went through a couple and got charged class 4🤬🤬

Mine is over 3m high with the AC and aerials on the roof and our mango tag has worked without issues driving from the bottom to the top of France in Jan this year (20 toll gates) as well as the 2 weeks we had in France start of May this year. We are a tag axle at 5t and not had any issues at all, as mentioned previously we had to get close the barrier on a couple of them when there are no 30kmh lanes but all the rest opened well before we reached them. Previously i had a sanef tag and this was hit and miss on what it worked with so decided to ditch it and go with the mango and its been great.

My mango tag has been faultless. It does take a while for the app to update and even longer before they actually charge you anything.
Do you get any discount on the normal rate or is it the same as if you paid at the booths?

I don't normally use the Peage, but I did this winter on the A63 stretch from Bordeaux to Irun and back, but got away with Class 2, only by using the intercom. We are 3.3m tall.

Cheers,

Jock. :)

Using my Mango tag for the first time, opened a barrier coming off motorway at Bilbao on 6th May, used on toll roads in Spain & Portugal and would ' beep' going under the detector gantry's, but there's still nothing showing on my account. I've sent them a message about it, but other that an auto reply, no response.

Got mine end of last year and just used it for first time last week. Worked without problem.

Took a couple of days for the app to update with the tolls charged to the account. But all ok and class 2.

So convenient.

Cheaper and one tag covers France, Spain , Portugal and Italy
Not in my case.
Worked in France but not in Spain or Portugal.
I'm having a lot of hassle with Fulli.
Checked my account yesterday, unpaid bill.
My toll charges were 47 euros, they also said I had to pay 11 euros for an admin charge and want another 146 euros for a future use guarantee.
No way I'm paying that.
I have emailed them, waiting for a reply.
Called them but they could not communicate in English.
I changed banks last year, now with Starling , it should be a straight forward process to direct debit my account.
I am going to return the tag from Fulli and get another from a different company.

It’s only a class 2 tag, so if the barrier opens, happy days and it’s a class deux charge. if it doesn’t open, it’s intercom bun fight time!
Hi ok I understand now . Ours opens on automatic so we must be ok.
It was interesting to see all the disused toll booths abandoned in Spain😀

On the subject of tolls, as we entered Portugal in February, I pulled in and registered for the Portuguese Easy Toll, using my credit card.
Off we went, sailing through the open lane on the VV tolls we came across.
Apparently, I shouldn't have done that, as they are a separate toll system. :Eeek: I've not heard anything from the Portuguese Authorities.................yet, but then a big Dutchman I was talking to, who has been sailing through them for years unregistered, has never heard from them yet either.

Cheers,

Jock. :)

Recently had the invoice through on my Fulli account for travel in Italy the last week in April - billed as May - and it was taken from the Revolut account this morning.

We used the Autostrada exclusively from west of Turin after crossing the Col du Lautaret all the way down to Bari, (apart from one brief excursion onto what is laughingly listed as their version of an A road), and the total cost inc. account fee was €91.20.

The tag has worked flawlessly throughout, and that includes some limited use in France as well.

Went through around and back out of Austria last May without any tags or boxes and have not heard anything 😁although when we leave Switzerland on Sunday and head for Austria I’m in 2 minds do I go get a Go Box and if they have me on record end up with a big fine or drive around again and wing it🤔🤔🤔

Heads or tails Mark? ;)

Good luck if you do decide to wing it. (y)

Jock. :)

Had my Mango invoice taken from my Revolut account about 6 days after going through France, £27 and I was about 2 hours on the toll road didn’t think that was to bad and charged as class 2.

Got my fulli (from mango offer on here last year) bill for use in Italy and was going to question the cost with them until I saw a previous post here that was more expensive than mine.
First couple of times in France the barrier did not open immediately but no action on my part and it worked faultlessly after that.

It may be the case on occasions that some barriers are more sensitive than others. Some require the front of the MH being driven up very close to the barrier.
