Looking for spare part

Looking for a spare part which seems impossible so hoping someone on here can tell me where or even has a spare .It is a brake bleed nipple for a Fiat Ducato 2.8 TDI fitted with Lucas callipers . Is a 1999

Hundreds on eBay, but you need to know the diameter and thread pitch to get an equivalent. Is that something you could check ?

Just an update for anyone looking for a similar part or parts , an enquiry to this company got a positive result . Autopartspro there is a british site and a french one and it seems to be german based. Quoted 18.60 euros for 2 by Fiat garage which they couldn't fulfil and got 4 for 23 euros posted so excellent and seems the have a wide selection of parts.
