As a motorhome owner isn't it obligatory to get thee sen to Home Bargains for a set?😉

The last time we went to LL the midges and mosquitoes rose like a cloud as soon as we opened the door so we shut ourselves back in and vowed never to go there again! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
Not a single midge to be seen / felt at this time of year .. I reckon they are on the decline anyway- recently we’ve been out on the motorbike and hardly an insect on the visor / helmet .. in years gone by it would be a smear fest

Most are splattered on our windscreen and bonnet. Currently in Edinburgh.

Front of our van suggests plenty of insects in Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.

This is why I have specially made midge nets for my van, although I agree not so many midgies lately. The season is usually late May to early September.

We did something similar but folk keep telling us we look like pratts when walking the dug! :( :crying:

That's strange. On our way up from Suffolk to Scotland last Monday, the windscreen/ front of the motorhome was absolutely covered in insect's. This is the first time in decade's we've seen this. We thought it was a good sign the environment was getting better.

Riding my motorbike around Aberdeenshire last Friday and needed my heated jacket and grips, out yesterday and complaining it was too warm ! Summer jacket and trousers with air vents open, can't win can you ?

Mum I’m having those damp dreams again…

Just come back from SW Scotland...it was smear test with the midges/flies.

We were down at Ayr beach yesterday- ran over the moor road from Port Glasgow via Beith and Dunlop … the flies are back !!

we have them as well but why can't you get a proper motorhome one why does everything have to be vw.
Probably the iconic nature of the T1 transporter , as an originator of the genre..
