Usual vet check and wormer entered either on AHC or EU pet passport i.e. not issued in UK

for the dog - if you are traveling back to the uk then a UK pet passport is valid but only for returning to the UK and the normal Worming needs to be added .

The pet passport must be in date.

failing that an AHC and worming is required.
