Jim thank you for another great magazine

I have only just flipped through it but what I see there’s loads to read and will keep happy a quite along Time. As I have justa small heart attack and having to take it easy , the mag will keep me occupied for some ,thank again.

I agree but I think there's a typo in the pizza recipe Jim as the amount of water needed isn't given.

For 100g of flour most recipes would use 50ml of water although I prefer a moister dough and 55ml might be better.

I know, those two articles have really bumped it up our to do list

Thank you so much Jim for these Magazines. I am ashamed to say they are the first I have seen. Somewhere along the line my ignorance of internet has got in the way of asking how to find these magazines.

Only just joined the forum and discovered this magazine, worth the £15 alone.
Contemplating leaving Brexit Britain to live in Sweeden and was planning tour of the country before making a final decision Swedish road trip article was very timely.
Excellent read.
