Hymer overcab bed light not working

Our overcab drop down bed has two reading lights one works the other one never has. Any ideas gratefully received how to determine what the issue is. I've taken the cover off, not sure if it's just the LED bulb that needs changing or whether there's some other diagnosis I can do?

It uses a touch switch so it could be the electronics that are faulty is so you could probably source a PCB from eBay to repair.
That reminds me one of my spotlights over the rear bed never remembers the dimming position always comes back on at full brightness, must have a look at it.

Had the same issue with my 2018 Excis I. No bulb to replace and had the lighting unit replaced under warranty by the dealer.
