Hi can someone please tell me how to drain the cold water storage container thanks

Have you located the cold water tank?
If it’s like ours, there’ll be a tap on the bottom section. We need to left up a cover in a wardrobe to see the tank & draintap.
On the outside of the Motorhome there’ll be a exit tube/pipe around the location of the tank.

Open the tank’s tap & verify the pipe you found outside is where the water is exiting from. Or either way you’ll see water leaking out of somewhere.

Hi yeah the cold water container is under the seat there is a tap to the right of it under cupboard but no water coming out will it take out all the water out of the container

It’s expected that we be able to fully drain the tank & pipes. And 99% via gravity and the drain tap on the clean water tank.

Having the taps open helps get out more water.

My motorhome is a different make & model.
Some pics of what you see may help get you sorted. 👍

Yeah will do many thanks for your help

Might be worth checking under the carpet in your floor somewhere. There may be a small hatch that you can open to give access to the fresh water drain cock. I‘m sure someone who knows your type of MH will be along shortly to give you the exact location.

Thank you Iv checked under carpet and it’s all vinyl floor hopefully it will get location soon thanks for your answer

My last mh never seemed to drain properly through the drain tap. I just used to run the taps till the tank was empty (slurping sounds from the pump)

I had a Swift Motorhome that had a drain plug inside in the bottom of the water container that was accessed through the large inspection cap on the top , maybe yours is similar. (It was fitted under the floor with a hatch for access to the cap on the top of the container)

Have you taken the red cap off, sometimes there is a plug inside the tank.

My drain tap is at the back of a drawer, below the oven. I’d never have found it if it wasn’t explained at handover. As well as running the taps you could also use the cold weather dump valve.

Our N&B is like that - a simple plug at the bottom of the tank, just like your bathroom basin, simples.

I assume the person who sold the MH to you did not have the courtesy to supply a 'User's Manual' - b*stard.

What make and model of motorhome. Ours has a pipe under the motorhome that you put a 15 mm push fit stop end on. We've altered it and fitted a push fit tap so it's easy to drain.

Hand inside the tank, and pull the plug for us. Not that I ever drain it.
