Just wondering if I ran my 450w electric element in the ultrastore from a 12 volt 2500watt inverter while driving, how many amps would it draw, would it blow the 15 amp split charge fuse?,

Amps = Watts/Volts. 450/12 is nearly 40 amps. So 450 Watts at 12v is nearly 40 amps, well over your 15 amp supply.

If your inverter is wired to your hab battery no. The split charge would separate the batteries and draw nothing from your engine battery so nothing through the fuse.

If your supply to the batteries is only 15a max then there will be a deficit,as you are drawing 40 from the batts plus inverter load.
If you have solar on at the time this may put in more. Its doable, but depends how long and how much is being topped up as you draw from the same well. then with a b2b defo Yes
the other question is how much battery and what type do you have, if a few hundred amps of Lithium then possibly ok for a short while.
if not then doubtful.
start off full charge 200ah
15 going in
40+ coming out = whats left after what time.
