Just arrived in durham for a month or so whilst we sell/buy houses etc. We have a Kampa rally air pro 260. Put it up and were pottering around inside when it stared to collapse. Tracked it down to one of the valves. Where the air pipe enters the valve there is a small white plastic washer that helps the seal . ....it's broken and air is escaping. the isolation valves inside are a godsend so we can keep the awning up with one end deflated and it's fine. it's a bit of a cheap crappy part for such an expensive awning. Hopefully I can find someone near durham tomorrow who's a dealer...
(In fairness other than this we love the awning)

It's a great awning .. we love it. It's just so easy. lots of posts on here about them.. You're going to love it.
It may be worth buying the optional storm straps. They are not the strongest looking but they do a good job in adverse weather.. or so we have found.
