We are very happy with our 2010 Solano t725. Burstner build quality is usually very good.

Is the Ixeo the one with a drop down bed? If so, check for headroom.
I think I may have heard that the drop down mechanism can be noisy when travelling but not sure?

Got an ‘08 plate Solano, no problems and very happy with it.
It gets a lot of use (we are in it for about 1/4 of the year) it is showing little sign of wear, Burstner build quality is good

We had this issue, turned out that the rams were not raising the bed right up, this was due to a faulty control unit. I ended up making a new pcb for it and now the bed rises right up the noises while driving have stopped.

My view is that high quality, knowledgeable, warm, understanding and extremely intelligent folk have Burstner motorhomes...

Check the floor. !!
I am not certain of the models and years but there was an issue with some floors delaminating.
