Help with my victron mppt solar control (1 Viewer)

when I switch on my water taps I lose all power , it shuts everything down, can anybody help me please , thank you in advance, Pam

Is it a new system? Can you hear the pump working and do you get water? Could be pumps seized and pulling a large amount of current

When I put the generator on it the pump works fine , I’ve just put a new controller on because I’m changing my battery to lithium and adding another solar panel, my caravan is only just over a year old , thank you for your help , Pam

I don't see how it can be anthing to do with the solar regulator. have you disconnected it to see if it still happens.
