HELP !!! This is really an emergency for me

About 2 or 3 weeks before my MOT april 2016 someone on here helped me finding a part for my bonnet lock on Max (Moho FIAT 1991)
I had Max back from a lot of mechanic fix (3200 euros) and discovered today thatthey had broken the bonnet lock ... brand new one as only 3 years old.

I found the invoice of it but it mentions I had given the part.
Now I can't find it (not good for searching , and toddlers seem to feel I'm in despair and of course are being a tad difficult!
Please can anyone help me. I think , not sure, it was @spitfire who had found the part.
I need my bonnet to shut properly , leaving on wednesday afertenoon

Just ordered one to Coastalby phone. Fortunatly they had all my details already which made it easier!
Excellent service and a very kind person on the phone! ....

Meanwhile the mechanic has decided he's going to come to my place to see if he can sort it out without a new part!

SORTED !!! Just a matter of unscrewing and screwing it back on. Nothing more , nothing less!
5 minutes and job was done!
Thanks Olivier! (mind you after a 3200 euros bill yesterday.... I think they felt a bit in debt)
