Help please Broken garage door lock.

Brownhills have them on their website at an eye-watering £30.

Apparently according to Brownhills the correct one for my exsis is £48!!!!!!!!!! Plus a new barrel and key at £15 or £40 if I want the same key. How do they justify that? It's probably a stupid question, but any suggestions for a cheaper supplier?
I can't seem to get the old barrel out, any hints?

Contact a couple of German dealers normally spares are much cheaper abroad. I needed a new rear light for my last Hymer £95 in France £160 in the UK.
You can just fit your existing lock barrel in the new lock.

You could try contacting Chris at Reliance at Chichester, I think they can get Hymer spares and he used to be parts manager for a Hymer dealer.

It's less than a tenner but you can get it out without. Do a YouTube search.

Yes, lock excluding barrel from Brownhills, who proved to be the cheapest.

I didn’t pay anything like that. I dealt with Emily Rice in their parts dept. Are you sure that wasn’t for one with a lock barrel coded to an existing key?
