Good morning. Help/advice/suggestions. Hoping to tour France from the tunnel next September 23. We have a dog. Does any one have recommendations on a good route to follow for three weeks. Many thanks. Happy to supply my email if it helps for communication.

Thanks for that we had hoped to head south but wanted to tap in on the members cast experience if routs/intineries to follow for a three week trip if possible.

:welcome4: A lot will depend on your interests really but for us we tour the old WW1 and WW2 sites. That could easily take up 3 weeks. You are definitely in the right place for help and advice.

We write a blog which may help. There are GPS locations and maps for all the sites we’ve been too. Quite a range in France including some in the south. We’re at www.dearsoupdragon.co.uk

Team GerTee.

We stayed in st chely- d’apcher just2 mins off the A 75 in the alps ( keep a camera handy) on route to saint marie plage south of Perpignan , a municipal site 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from some restaurants
oh and we forgot to mention we had a dog
park4night is invaluable

Another vote for park4night. We also use CamperContact.

We’re currently in Annecy with our dog and cant recommend highly enough. We did find an amazing spot south of the lake, however the two spot we previously wanted were booked. That was a blessing though because where we are staying is bliss. As someone said, just take the tolls as it’s your best option.
