Heater blower/fan not working

Hi folks

The blower/fan in my ‘94 Ducato stopped working. Initially it only worked on full blast (4) but even that has stopped working. Replaced both the switch and the resistor.

When I switch the fan on the resistor gets very hot - too hot to touch.

I’m assuming the actual blower has gone. … unless someone has other suggestion?

Has anyone replaced their blower? Can you give me any help or tips?

Ours doesn’t work on 4.
It’s something to do with the filter being blocked if I remember plus the thermistor thingy
