Anyone any idea how you remove these headrests I’m trying to take the upholstery cover off to clean it and it’s got two zips at the back but the headrest is pressed right up against the shower wall. I’ve tried just pulling up but it doesn’t seem to want to come off.

Search Fiat Ducato Headrest Removal (if it's a Fiat based MH) on You Tube, there are a number of videos on there showing how to remove headrests from various Vans/Cars. One of those should help.

It looks like, from the notch on the left hand support, that it is adjustable, ie. it could be moved up or down.

Presumably, there is a notch further down which engages with a retaining spring. I would be tempted to concentrate on the left hand support and try and ease it up using a piece of wood as a lever.

It sounds like you've got the van back to UK in one piece, so far o_O

I think you will find if you remove the back of the seat there is a Spring clip that holds it in place ? it is all part of a special frame for passenger seats.?

It’s not on one of the ISRI seats...it’s in the lounge seat...no back to it.....Imthink I’ll have to remove the plastic cover....see what’s underneath.

I did....although it was touch and go....Satnav nearly took me down a moped path and also took the wrong turning off the Brussels petripheric and ended up going through the center of Brussels in the rush hour....nightmare ☹️...just got to sort out all the niggles and battle with the DVLA for the reg and then finally maybe able to go on a trip.
