Lots but slow learner.
Nothing in the very thin book but is there a headlight change from left to right setting knob on the 2022 Peugeot Boxer?? If yes would be grateful to know where it is.
Thanks in advance.

Tells a story nobody knowing:unsure::unsure:
Wonder how many are driving at night with the beam going the other wayo_O

Not really.
2022 model's will still be thin on the ground.
Most people apply the sticker for eas because I doubt there is any kind of headlight adjustments on any van. I don't bother as my dip beam is so pathetic it's would never blind anybody.

Standard Ducato/Peugeot cab they are not adjustable it's different headlamp units for RHD & LHD.

There have been a couple of cases of the wrong headlamps being fitted to RHD vehicles but more lightly they are just badly aligned.

Just use the headlight alignment control the move the lights downwards and this should suffice.

Anyway, the standard sevel headlights are so p**s poor there's not much chance of blinding anyone😁

That's a good idea.
We have no intention of driving in the dark.
Being a law abiding type of person i just want to conform ;) :giggle:

Bob if you drive in the dark you will have busted one of Jim’s 5 MoHo rules! (See thread elsewhere ;))

Have a great trip, I’m very jealous that you don’t have the commitments at home that would require a return trip on the Chunnel to be booked. Keep us posted on your adventures!

Cheers,

Russ

To be honest i don't ever remember having driven in the dark in a MH.

Hymers, (ours is 2001) and possibly a lot of others do have adjustable headlights for Continent driving!
Hubby adjusts ours every crossing although we don’t drive in the dark, but you never know!

Why don't they still do it. It can't be rocket science or that expensive. Probably the manufacturers don't feel it's nessassary any more.

1-2 am is a nice time to drive as roads are very quiet and you can get some serious miles in before they all wake up😁😁
yeh but then you have to sleep in the day when it's all going on........................well i do  :sleep:

I used to do it a lot as I always took an after midnight crossing to save money and never found it a problem on a coach built. I only did it once with an A class which is how I know how useless those little round headlights are.

I switched my filament bulbs for LED as a straight swap in our 2018 Ducato. Brighter, cleaner, longer lights (no canbus errors either)

The bulbs I have are adjustable, and if you turn a tiny screw on the bulb base, you can change whether they sit horizontally, vertically or any angle in between. It is fiddly, with a lot of trial and error, but I have found that if you tilt the lighting part of the bulb a bit to the right ( / instead of | ) the beam pattern changes to flat which is better for driving on the wrong and right sides of the road. The dashboard up and down controls can then be used as normal depending on how much weight you are carrying/air in your rear semi-air suspension.

Not saying it will work for you, but for me, it worked fine.

Have to warn you law abiding folks out there, that LED bulbs may mean an MOT fail for UK roads. Testers don't seem to like after-market bulbs.

Been going to France for 40 years.originally bought the stickers to put on the lens but Havnt bothered for last 30 odd years!Dont see many cars coming off the ferry to Uk with beam adjusters!Rarely drive the camper at night!Normally full of french wine by nightfall😊

I use aftermarket headlight protectors for the X290. For abroad, just stick some black tape on the marked areas to achieve compliance. Easy.

The big crack I now have on one of the protectors shows it was good value for money, against the cost of a new headlamp unit.

They do, nearly all A Class headlamps are adjustable.
I told you, you should have bought an A class.

I stick the plastic things on, but never drive at night, so not sure they work.
