The locking pins on out hartal door keep winding out and eating into the frame.

If I tighten the all the way in they are too far and the door does not lock.

I'd like to remove them, put some threadlock or spacers on and adjust correctly but I am concerned if I remove the pin completely bits will fall off inside and I'll have to take the door apart.

Anyone found a similar solution?

Hi there is a small grub screw tightened to lock them in place. Its just above the pin you need an allen key.
