120watt soar panel with Sargent regulator fitted from new

I seem to have a problem with the battery holding charge
if I switch off the internal charger then the battery on my display above door is showing a draw of about .6 amps with everything switched off ie Alde heating, lighting tv amp radio fridge.
after about week voltage showing on display can go down to 12 volts and display will auto switch off.

After research before I decided just to have one battery to alleviate the problem of one battery Affecting the other if there was a problem with one of the batteries and also the problem of receiving an adequate charge solar charger or alternator

Advice required

1. Do I need a new battery and if so which one ?
2. is there a problem with my internal charger ?
3. Are you supposed to leave internal charger on or off
4. should solar panel keep it charged I have sun up till 1pm everyday.

Any advice would be most welcome as I am confused especially when I receive comments from people who do not understand and confuse the situation further

Please help as I want to get it right Many thanks in advance

Is the solar regulator lit up? There should be a fuse in the wire from battery to solar regulator near the battery, check that first.

Hi yes the regulator is power light and showing half charging the interesting bit is that if the internal charger is turned on the charge indicator light goes to fully charged
