I think that the sponsor a puppy campaign has been a fantastic success for the Guide Dogs, we sponsored a puppy in our Grandson's name before Xmas and talking to one of their operators on the phone they were rushed off their feet with potential sponsors.

Glad to hear that your eyes are OK now.

Sponsored a Guide Dog for about 8 years now, cannot think of anything worse than loosing you sight🙁🙁

Clever how they train them I think.

Many years ago I worked in benefits and had occasion to visit a lady with reduced vison who relied on her guide dog as her best buddy seeing eye, but it had a problem................every time she went in M and S it would guide her to the lingerie dept and underknown to her would steal off the peg *sexy underwear* She could not understand the sniggers and laughing when she went shopping till someone pointed out that ...............(dog) had a basket full of risky undies!

We have sponsored 2 at a time for the last few years in memory of Pats dad who slowly went blind from retirement age.

Our sponsored pup Baillie has just started training school, it’s great to watch and be part of their development knowing what an enormous impact they will have on someone’s life.
