One of the reasons I chose RS was because I had had so many problems with a previous motorhome and so difficult to get something fixed properly under warranty by the dealer.

Buying direct from a manufacturer at the factory only an hour or two from home was why I chose RS.
Just got back from Retrofestival where I discovered I had a small leak from the shower outlet going into one of the lockers in the double floor. Just a bit awkward for me to deal with myself. My hands are too big :giggle:

Contacted them this morning and popping in Friday morning for them to undo and reseal the joints. No charge - vehicle is 28 months old

So will be all fixed in time for Chester food festival.

Happy Sometimes it lays to buy British!

So, rocked you at RS this morning at 8:45. They were very busy with several vehicles going out that morning

immediately put two guys on the problem. All sorted and on my way home at 9:30!
