My fridge won't work on gas the pilot light is lit but the fridge isn't cooling gas bottle full it is an old one its in a auto trail cheyene 1998 but has always fired up no problem its works OK on electric

The flame should be making a roaring sound if it’s working properly.
Assume you are you parked on the level,
Several reasons.
Your gas jet is probably dirty and partially blocked or the gas valve is not opening fully give the connections a clean with fine glass paper or emery cloth., give it a gentle tap with a spanner.
The valve has 2 valves one at each end.
Flue could be partially blocked
While you’ve got the vent off give all the wires a check for looseness.
It could be your gas regulator needs changing, they can gumb up as the gas can be dirty sometimes.
I had to change the gas valve in ours, easy to do if you know what your doing.
