Fridge freezer

We are a week into a year on the road and our fridge freezer does not seem to be working on gas anymore. It is a fridge and freezer , can anyone advise us on what it could be and how we can fix it please?

Can you hear the gas system trying to ignite ?
Is it auto or manual select ?

Is gas on? Check that your safety systems ( crash detection etc)) are not stopping gas flow And that your bottle is not empty. Easiest way to do this is light the burner on your hob.

If you live in it find a service agent as its pretty much essential. What are the symptoms when did it start to go wrong and what make is it? What does the display show
