We haven’t used our account for over a year so the account will be closed. I can’t see use using it next year either.
We have £8.31 in the account and to keep it open we need to use it or add more money to it.

So rather than loose the money in our account. We’re offering some free crossings. All you need to do in PM me your Reg and dates, the date’s need to be within the next 70 days. Once you’ve made your last crossing I’ll delete your Reg from my account. I’m in America at the moment so you need to give me plenty of notice to add you to my account.

We had the same email, tried a couple of people, but closed it and they refund outstanding money back to your account, ? we have only used it a couple of times a year for our mot visit, we no longer have that problem, so if we do visit we will pay or go on our daughters account. ? Bob.

You have to be careful if you add vehicles, to remember to remove them again, someone on here had a garage loan car that someone had added to an account, they could not pay, and also could not add it to another account, and data protection dartford crossing could not tell them what account it was on. ?? I get that email most years and just reply asking them to keep it open as I will be using it. Just had one in fact but we're off to Southampton for a cruise soon so that will keep it going.
