Hiya . Mines a 584 , and i'm pretty much in the same boat , however i'm approaching the problem from a different angle . My own flyscreen is in quite a state , and the frame is not all that pretty either . Though i've not started yet , i'm bogged down with another issue at present , my plan will be to do it myself over the winter . It's not that difficult , though i suspect a great deal of patients will be required . Materials are quite easy to source , and Brownhills do sell the beading rubber required to secure the mesh , however i will admit they are outta stock at present .
I will also add , someone has already completed the job on this forum . I think it was a couple of years ago , maybe a search of previous threads may reveal the actual thread !

Hi I have since my initial post took the screen out and recorded it not a pleasant job the trouble is some of the plastic/ nylon guides are really worn and no idea we’re to get replacements from would like to know we’re to get the pleated screen from
Cheers please let me now how you get on with it

Now that's interesting , so you have a pleated screen . Mine is a basic flat screen , to be honest i've never even seen a pleated screen . Without actually seeing it , i would have to conclude this maybe some kind of owner modification , but the honest truth is i don't know . You could try entering pleated flyscreen into the ebay search engine . Otherwise in theory it should be fairly easy to replicate with standard material , by simple folding the material back on itself . But man , an even greater amount of patients would be required . I can't comment on the guide as like i said , i've not started mine yet .

Suggest you google "Horrex flysceen habitation door" - might be the supplier Hymer use ?

Doubt you'd be able to purchase individual parts for repair of existing screen.

pleated screen

Ah now i see , thanks @Wagoneer . I don't have that type , mines a bio-fold , i thought that's what you meant by concertina . I can also see the guides you mention as well . Sorry mate , there's not much i can help you with on this one .

Don't think it's Horrex I am pretty sure it's a Reimo screen I have emailed them twice but get no reply

I’ve got the Hymer b680 and our habitation door fly screen is also held in by a rubber bead, exactly the same rubber bead as the glass in our greenhouse rests on, our green house is a Hall’s crittal, hope this helps, you could probably get som from them

If you need the actual mesh, you could buy one of the house door mesh fly screens, you can get them now for about a tenner

I've only had a quick look , but it appears both Horrex and Reimo flyscreens were fitted to Hymers . I have nether , mine is a bio fold which clips to the door when not in use .
exactly the same rubber bead
actual mesh,
That's actually really useful , thanks for that my friend , i'll take a look . And yes that was my plan with regard to the mesh . It's a winter job i've got planned , but right now , i think i've just located the final hose needed for a power steering overhaul , which is the last mechanical job on my list .

Beware with the hose there’s a lot of pressure from the powered steering pump

Yeah i know , this is an original Fiat part located in Germany . It's taken a while to locate , using the original part numbers , supplied by Brownhills . But thanks for the warning anyway mate .

Wish it was that easy I have tried almost everything this is a factory fitted item it sits back from the frame on a integrated ally spacer frame Brownhills couldn't come up with anything anyway restrung it again so will probably last a couple of years

The 3 main manufacturers of hab door pleated flyscreens (afaik) are Horrex, Remis & Hartal. Think Reimo only do screens for panel van conversions.

The flyscreens supplied by Horrex are 650mm wide x 1750 or 1850mm tall.

The flyscreens supplied by Remis (REMICare ll) are 650mm wide x 1800 or 2000mm tall.

Since the OP's flyscreen is "original Hymer equipment" it's possible Hymer purchased the flyscreen from any of the above manufacturers BUT to their own specification.

Perhaps an email to Hymer in Germany might help resolve the issue.

Thanks I may very well try and get hold of Hymer well worth a try and thanks for the other info

a few pictures might help us
the only piccy of the door/fly screen I can find at the moment, the fly screen is obviously folded back at the moment
