Finding a selling price for van?

We're considering selling out 2009 burstner elegance I 700. The problem I have is finding something comparable to establish a reasonable asking price. Can't find any previous listings on eBay as a guide. Anyone any suggestions?

Google the make and model then for sale,this will bring up ads old and new and give you a better idea.
Failing that take it to a dealer sand ask for a px price and add 10 grand or so.then advertise it for that or near offer!
