Since 2009 with motorhomes several caravans then tents before that.
That sounds very nice. Keep on posting the pictures(y).
I know we wanted a raised up resin domed graphic in the rb logo.
( the same as on the upholstery )
We've seen caravans with such graphics.
But we couldn't get anyone to do it. Ralph searched everywhere. So if you know of someone that does it that would be great.

Just to add I have just received an email ref insurance saying they want progress photos at 90 days and be complete in 180 days ! What a difference a day makes in my demeanour !
Just solved a small problem ref passenger window switch, it was missing so ordered one, removed trim pulled up wires to find switch in working order. The trim panel had lost a lug holding the switch. My friend the cable tie sorted it out. Hope to start on the floor later today.

Gerryattric69, glad to hear that you have the time extension, 180 days sounds good. Pleased to hear that your window switch turned out to be an easy fix - well done.

R&B I am not sure what you mean about the "domed" logo, but I could easily cut your nice intertwined logo
out of two different coloured plastic or fibreglas. I cannot do any form of doming as I only do 2d work. The best finish though would probably be to get it lasercut from acrylic, that gives a really good polished finish to the edges. Let me know if I can be of any help, anything I did personally would of course be FOC. Geoff.

Ooo that would be great. Thankyou.
But he will want to pay you for your time. I'm sure. (y)
I shall mention it to Ralph when he gets home and get him to get Intouch.
As far as the domed bit.....that's my way of saying it looks like it's got a big blob of water on top.
Like a clear plastic, so it's not just flat to the surface, such as like sticky back plastic. I don't know how to explain it properly.

That sounds to me like it is encapsulated in clear resin. I don't know how to do that without a mould, but you could try googling. Bev, with regards to payment I like to play, enjoy challenges, waste loads of time, but don't need payment for that - in any case you couldn't afford me!!! so we had better stick to FOC. If you have a .DXF file of your logo it is very easy, if not it's a simlpe enough job to redraw. Geoff.

Just a quick update and a couple more photos. SWMBO stated that she was unable to bend low enough to get stuff off kitchen cupboard shelves, and that she wanted drawers under the sink and hob. I designed and drew up a pull-out draw system, looked on the net for suitable sliders only to find that B&Q sell exactly what I wanted!!! Obviously they were too big for our units, but this was soon remedied, and the piccies show the result. It is noticeable that the edging tape has not yet been fitted to the openings, I should have done that when buiding the units, but was concious of my 90 day insurance time limit. I really must get around to doing that soon.
The other photos show the Seitz blinds and remis cab blinds fitted. Geoff.

Thanks Rolly. We have lived in Lincolnshire since 1972. We were attracted by the property prices, love it here and I thimk we will only ever leave in wooden? boxes. Geoff.

And Ialways thought we were the centre of the universe!!! Yes famous for Raymond Mays, ERA and BRM, sadly all now no more, but there are still a few companies here that exist because of BRM, indeed my friend with a fibreglass factory used to do work for them, and he is still making racing car bodies and parts taday. Geoff.
